Welcome to CorporateMagicians.co.uk. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Fee

• A Booking Fee is required to secure the Performer’s attendance at your event. This fee must be paid in full no later than 48 hours after submitting the Booking Form.

• The Booking Fee is non-refundable. If the fee is not paid within the specified time, the Performer reserves the right to cancel your booking.

2. Performance Fee

• The remaining balance of the Performance Fee must be paid no later than 60 days before the event.

• Failure to pay the balance by this deadline may result in the cancellation of the Performance, with no liability on the Performer’s part.
  

3. Cancellations

• If you cancel the Performance after paying the Booking Fee, the Performance Fee remains payable in full.
  

4. Variations

• Any changes to these terms and conditions must be agreed upon in writing. Emails qualify as “in writing” for this purpose.
  

5. Performer Unavailability

• In the unlikely event that the Performer is unable to attend the event, reasonable efforts will be made to find a suitable replacement of equal professionalism and quality at no additional cost to you.
  

6. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  

Definitions

• Booking Form: The online form submitted by you to confirm your booking.

• Booking Fee: 50% of the total Performance Fee, as outlined in the Booking Form.

• Event: The date and occasion for which the Performance is scheduled.

• Performance: The entertainment services provided by the Performer for the Event.

• Performance Fee: The total agreed fee (inclusive of the Booking Fee) for the Performance.

• Performer: The professional magician(s) booked through CorporateMagicians.co.uk.
